March 28, 2017
9 am - 4 pm

Picture
Don’t be intimidated by intricate Hawaiian appliqué blocks. Kathy will show you how to design and make these using a raw-edge appliqué technique. She will share her original patterns and provide hints for creating Hawaiian designs. Students will learn to fold and cut fusible paper to make their design. It will be fused to the appliqué fabric and machine appliquéd stitches. Borders may be added after class to make this project a wall hanging or pillow.

You have an option to create your own block design for this class!
$20 kit fee in addition to class fee
